Richard Bone  has been specializing in personal injury and wrongful death cases since graduating from Detroit College of Law in 1968. Richard is admitted to practice in all of the Michigan State Courts, Federal Courts - United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. With over thirty-five years of trial experience, Richard has taken over 100 cases to trial. Richard has extensive experience in pursuing and defending medical malpractice, auto negligence and other types of serious injury and death cases. Richard has successfully handled very severe injury and death cases, achieving multi-million dollar verdicts for his clients. Richard and his family are lifelong Michigan residents.

Brian Bourbeau  graduated Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in May 1999. Brian received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and graduated with High Honors in May 1996, where he made the Dean's List each semester. Brian is admitted to practice in all of the Michigan State Courts, Federal Courts - United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Brian started his legal career representing large American automobile companies in serious injury product liability cases. A few years back, Brian devoted his career to assisting injured clients and their families. Brian has trial experience in Medical malpractice/wrongful death, products liability, automobile negligence and complex negligence cases. Brian also has extensive experience in automobile negligence arbitrations and has been published in the area of automobile negligence injury law. Brian has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a rising star.

Brian has also received the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards of "AV Preeminent" from Martindale - Hubbell.

Brian is honored to serve on the Macomb County Ethics Board. In 2013, Mark Hackel, Macomb County Executive, nominated Brian to serve on the County's Ethics Board and his nomination was approved by the Macomb County Board of Commissioners. Brian is active in his community volunteering his time as a soccer coach for children and little league sponsor.

Thomas Lizza  graduated from the University of Detroit Law School in May 1981. Tom has been specializing in personal injury cases for more than 30 years. He has received and maintained an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubell Law Directory for over 17 years. The "AV" rating is the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. In addition, Tom was named to DBusiness Top Lawyers of 2009 in the field of personal injury law. He has been admitted to practice in all of the Michigan State Courts and the Federal Courts, both the United States District Court for the Eastern District and Western District of Michigan. With over 30 years of experience, Tom has tried over 60 jury trials. He has extensive experience in automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, civil rights cases and wrongful death cases. Most recently, Tom was with the Fieger Law Firm for over six years. In his career, he has achieved a number of multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for his clients. Tom has been a case evaluator in Wayne County and Macomb County for over 18 years.

Jim Spagnuolo  began working in the personal injury area of the law over fourteen years ago as a law clerk for the law firm of Lopatin, Miller, Freedman, Bluestone, Herskovic & Domol during his first year of law school at Wayne State University School of Law. After graduating and passing the Bar, Jim was asked to leave the Lopatin, Miller firm by Stuart Freedman and Maurice Herskovic, who were leaving to start their own firm. He became a partner with Stuart and Morey in 2009 and remained at Freedman, Herskovic & Spagnuolo until March 2014. In March of 2014, Jim was asked to join Bone, Bourbeau, Lizza & Spagnuolo, PLLC as a partner and on March 24, 2104 the new firm Bone, Bourbeau, Lizza & Spagnuolo, PLLC was formed.

Jim specializes in automobile cases, both first party, which is a case against your own insurance company for medical benefits, wage loss benefits, and other benefits you may be entitled to under the Michigan No-Fault Law, and third party cases, which is an action against the person who caused the automobile accident. Jim has a special interest in nationally pursuing bad faith/institutional fraud claims against insurance companies for their fraudulent business practices in wrongfully denying claims to their insureds in order to increase the company's profits. He also handles medical malpractice, products liability, general negligence, and premises liability claims.

Jim is or has been a member of the State Bar, Oakland County Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Michigan Association of Justice - Sustaining Member, Italian American Bar Association of Michigan, Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, Families Exploring Down Syndrome, ARC Services of Macomb, Brain Injury Association of Michigan and has been a life member of the Disabled American Veterans since being Honorably Discharged from the United States Marine.
